wu to the cemetery and I got a little worried for easy pace because my legs felt completely dead and it was only the wu. we did a grass mile, I wasn't really watching the pace I was just doing what felt good and when we finished I looked down and we had ran a 6:49! It did not feel like we were going that fast so that was a win. Played a game and then I finished up mileage with Hannah. my legs were still tired but easy pace was actually pretty easy today. Abs, hips, and push-ups :)
